Frequently Asked Questions

In most cases, the access to courses is granted as soon as the funds have cleared into the account.  Sometimes this takes a manual check and also depends on how quickly the digital ones and zeros can zip through the internet and be processed by the banks.  If you’ve not received the automated confirmation emails after a couple of days, then by all means reach out and we can do a manual check on the status of your account.

Various courses are under development and also additional training materials, particularly those around modelling case studies, which will be added to existing courses as soon as they have been finalised. 

If you are a designated course leader, you will have been sent information about how to add and remove members of your organisation into the enrolled group.  If you are having trouble with this or wish to allocate a different user to manage the group, then send us an email and we can help you.

When you are enrolled into a course, you will be automatically sent an email with where to login and your login details.  Check your junk/spam inbox just in case the email has ended up there.  You could contact your group administrator to ensure the correct email was set up for you.
